Individual therapy is tailored to each client's needs.  As a person-centered, solution-focused therapist, I believe each person has the ability to determine their own path for change, and possesses the solutions for their problems within their own strengths.  It can be difficult to see our own strengths. My role in therapy is to provide you with a safe non-judgmental space to allow you to gain better insight into your own strengths, and you work toward the change in your life you desire.
